What does the name mean?

Since launching Noremac, I have had a few folks ask me about the significance of the name. If you take a look at the word Noremac, you can deduce that it is Cameron spelt backwards. A good friend of mine was named Cameron. Cameron passed away in October of 2019. We were friends since childhood and as we grew older, we navigated entering adulthood together. He was a major influence on me and ultimately this company. My son is also named Cameron. Cameron was a creative force and fierce spirit and the name Noremac is an homage to his creative energy.

The logo is the skyline view of Devil’s Head lookout west of Sedalia, CO. Growing up, I would look out over Devil’s Head and feel the call of Fennario. Noremac is the vessel that I take to journey over that mountain and find that land. A place where trout swim the streams, animals roam, and humans are scarce.
