Q. What is the video production process at Noremac?

The production process involves the steps necessary to achieve an efficient video production.

You will receive the following checkpoints throughout the production process.

1. Contract and service agreement

2. Approval of video concept

3. Audio/Visual script approval

4. Scheduling shooting/recording

5. Video Shoot (if necessary)

6. First edit

7. Second edit

8. Final edit

9. Publish

Q. How long does it take to produce a video?

Depending on the complexity of the video, lead times can vary but we average a one month turnaround from concept to delivery. Videos are generally thirty seconds to two minutes in length.

Q. Are you insured?

Yes, we have the necessary insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents during the production process.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

Noremac offers full refunds if you have to cancel any time before a shoot/recording. Once your shoot occurs, you will be responsible for the full cost of the video. Noremac will not deliver your assets until payment has been received.
